Functional Requirement


Purpose/WHY:

1. Need to analyze why the deleted contracts are still being displayed in report and fix the issue not to display deleted contracts in report.
2. Need to update Sales rep and Customer Service in OSA180 report.

Solution Summary


1) Deleted Contracts:
a. Need to analyse why the deleted contracts are being displayed in the report.
b. For immediate solution, need to develop a report on CDHDR & CDPOS tables & fetch deleted contract orders.
c. Need to cross check manually if all the contract order line items are true.
d. Need to do selective deletion from Sales Order DSO in BW, for identified deleted contract order line items.

2) Update Sales rep & Customer Service representative in Report:
a. Need to fetch customer service representative into BW.
b. As the customer representative is assigned at customer level in NEP & due to inconsistency in data, its currently on hold.

Solution Details


1) Deleted Contracts:
a. Analysed why the deleted contracts are being displayed in the report.
b. Developed a report on CDHDR & CDPOS tables & fetched deleted contract orders.
c. Cross checked manually if all the contract order line items are true.
d. Selective deletion from Sales Order DSO in BW was done, for identified deleted contract order line items.

2) Update Sales rep & Customer Service representative in Report:
a. Fetched customer service representative into BW.
b. As the customer representative is assigned at customer level in NEP & due to inconsistency in data, its currently on hold.

Issues


As the contract orders which are deleted and recreated with the same document number and item number, need to check manually each record before doing selective deletion in BW.
